Hi Mary ... I use a facility called www.yousendit.com - I paid their small fee to send large files - it is absolutely the best money I have spent on my internet business, as I use this facility almost every day ... and you should be able to send them to your rentacoder. I send large files to my outsource team this way all the time. If you don't get any joy doing it this way - I would break the recordings down into 1 hour sessions if possible and send them separately. However, I regularly send 2 hours of audio via YouSendIt.

Hope this helps ... Julie

Dianne ... yes, you need to turn it on. Click on the keyword tab, then click on the columns button above the graph and then click in the box for the qual score and it will then appear in your table. If you want it to appear closer to the keyword - drag the green link up to the top of the column and then press save and you will have your quality score appear in your search campaign. Quality score does not appear in your display campaign.

My campaign does not have qual score there. It seems to have everything else, just not quality score. Do you have any suggestions?

Today we received this response from a member of our community:

Hello Andrew & Daryl,

Congratulations to you on the wonderful initiative to raise funds for the Disaster Relief Appeal. I was a victim of the floods in Brisbane and have been evacuated since Tuesday 11 January. The major clean up of the mud and flood waters has been completed and the rubbish and personal items destroyed by the flood waters have been removed. I am waiting for electricity and gas to be restored before I can move back to my residence. I am fortunate to be offered accommodation and have had somewhere safe to stay during this most unexpected disaster and during the extended time I have been evacuated.

Unfortunately I am unable to donate to this appeal. I am looking forward to do your course next time it is offered so that I can make some money to replace losses incurred during the flood. Could you please forward me the dates it will be held on the coast or in Brisbane if that is an option?

Thank you very much for being part of the support for Flood Victims

Regards
Michael

Andrew and Daryl have helped Michael out by gifting him this program to help him get back on his feet again.

The response from people has been inspirational to our flood appeal ... thank you so much everyone who has supported our efforts.

To receive this email from Jennifer today was inspiring.

Hi Daryl and Andrew

What a great idea, thank you for organising this!
I had made a donation, but this encouraged me to do another one and although I have not subscribed to your e-book system yet, it is in my plans to do so.
I will make use of the material you have contributed here and I'll see you again at a seminar in the future.

Kind regards
Jennifer

Thanks so much Jennifer for your extra contribution.

Another lovely email that has come through the Help Desk:

Dear Andrew and Daryl,

My thoughts are with you and your fellow Queenslanders in this terrible time of floods. It is just so soul stirring to see the Black Hawk helicopter pilot holding a tiny baby in his arms so tenderly in a machine used for war and to see the human face behind the training. Then to see the horses trying to get on to house roofs to get out of the water and the lovely man that rescued them and lead them to higher ground, and the gratitude of the owner who thought he wouldn't ever see them again. Such great care and love shown. I do pray that God will protect and strengthen the survivors and helpers. Would love to help but not much money at the moment. If I can be of any help manning telephones here in Melbourne I would love to do so.

Love and affection from Lorraine Angus
